I grew up, got married and raised my family all within five miles in Southeastern Pennsylvania. It was there that I spent 25 years in Christian Education. I began this career as a preschool teacher and becoming the Head of School for two different entities, closed it out nicely. Afterwards I worked in the role of Administrative Assistance/Business Manager for my church doing a variety of roles; including handling all financials, Director of Women's Ministry, overseer of Children's Ministry, Assimilation, and some technical support.

Volunteering has been a big part of my life. I have had the opportunity to go to Peru and Mexico on mission trips. I have served on an educational board. A big part of my ministry was operating a breakfast outreach for the homeless/less fortunate for twelve years. It was such a blessing to be able to provide this crucial need.

I have since recently moved to Babcock Ranch in Punta Gorda, Florida, to follow my children and grandchildren who also reside here in Babcock and in Clearwater. Also, in PA I owned and operated my own little cheesecake business, which I may continue here.

Seeing the Little Free Libraries back in PA, always put a smile on my face. I even had the chance to visit them with my grandchildren to encourage their love of books. It is with that desire to provide books and instill a love of reading to little kids and big kids alike, that I'm thrilled to volunteer to be the coordinate for this here at Babcock Ranch.
