On June 22, 2026 Mike Elfenbein of the Cypress Chapter of the Izaak Walton League and Marcel Bozas, Ph.D., Fish and Wildlife Department Director, Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida presented the Deer Introduction Project to the South Florida Water Management District Recreational Public Forum in Palm Beach, Florida.
